- 1 small can of anchovies, in oil
- 1 tbs of capers, drained and rinsed
- 2 tsp of parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
This is a versatile sauce that has many uses. It is especially draped on to crusty bread.
- Mix all ingredients and allow flavors to meld for 1 hour.
