Anchovie Relish


  • 1 small can of anchovies, in oil
  • 1 tbs of capers, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tsp of parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
This is a versatile sauce that has many uses. It is especially draped on to crusty bread.

  • Mix all ingredients and allow flavors to meld for 1 hour.
