Mint and Chive Sauce
|3 tbs fresh mint, minced|
|2 tbs scallions, minced|
|1 tbs of chives, chopped|
|1/4 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar|
|1/4 cup water|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste|
|1/2 tsp sugar|
|1/2 tsp of chili paste or crushed pepper flakes|
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
- Allow flavors to meld for an hour before serving.
- Recipe may be doubled.
