Mint and Chive Sauce


  • 3 tbs fresh mint, minced
  • 2 tbs scallions, minced
  • 1 tbs of chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of chili paste or crushed pepper flakes
  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
  • Allow flavors to meld for an hour before serving.
  • Recipe may be doubled.
