Mint and Chive Sauce
Ingredients
3 tbs fresh mint, minced | ||
2 tbs scallions, minced | ||
1 tbs of chives, chopped | ||
1/4 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar | ||
1/4 cup water | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste | ||
1/2 tsp sugar | ||
1/2 tsp of chili paste or crushed pepper flakes |
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
- Allow flavors to meld for an hour before serving.
- Recipe may be doubled.
