Mint and Chive Sauce
- 3 tbs fresh mint, minced
- 2 tbs scallions, minced
- 1 tbs of chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp of chili paste or crushed pepper flakes
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
- Allow flavors to meld for an hour before serving.
- Recipe may be doubled.
