Oven Fried Pecan Catfish


  • 2 tbs water
  • 1 tsp dried mustard
  • 4 (8oz) catfish fillets
  • 1 cup ground pecans
  • Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
  • Combine water and mustard in a small bowl.
  • Dip fillets in the mustard mixture, then into the ground pecans. Shake off the excess.
  • Place fillets on an oiled cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they flake easily.
