Chicken Basting Sauce


  • 2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
  • Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
  • Use to baste chicken over hot coals.
