Chicken Basting Sauce
Ingredients
| 2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 1/2 cup canola oil | ||
| 1/3 cup lemon juice | ||
| 1 clove garlic, minced | ||
| Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste. |
- Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
- Use to baste chicken over hot coals.
