Rock Lobster Sashimi


  • 8 fresh or frozen rock lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tsp wasabi
This is a simple method to prepare delicious lobster sashimi.

  • If using frozen lobster tails, thaw completely.
  • Remove lobster meat from tails and coarsely chop.
  • Add the lobster meat back to the shells.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil over each tail.
  • To serve place 2 tails on a cocktail serving dish along with a small container of soy sauce and a dab of wasabi.
