Red and Green Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1 cup celery thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Add the parsley, cabbage and celery and mix to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Chill then serve.
