Red and Green Coleslaw
Ingredients
6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage | ||
2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage | ||
1 cup celery thinly sliced | ||
1/2 cup mayonnaise | ||
1/2 cup sour cream | ||
1/2 cup parsley | ||
1 tbs sugar | ||
1 tbs lemon juice | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste |
- In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the parsley, cabbage and celery and mix to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill then serve.
