Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
These muffins are baked with rolled oats, honey and cinnamon.

 

  • Combine oats, flours, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and mix well.
  • Beat eggs, honey, milk and oil together and mix well.
  • Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients. Mix only until moistened.
  • Spoon int oiled muffin tins.
  • Bale at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until a wooden tooth pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
