Creamy Dijon Parmesan Salad Dressing
Ingredients
| 1 egg | ||
| 1 tbs Parmesan cheese | ||
| pinch of kosher salt | ||
| pinch of white pepper | ||
| 2 tbs Dijon mustard | ||
| 3 tbs lemon juice | ||
| 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 1 tsp sugar | ||
| 1/4 cup canola oil |
Super creamy wonderful salad dressing.
- In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients except for oil.
- While running add oil in a slow stream.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
