- 1 8 and 1/2 0z can of creamed corn
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup butter
These crispy corn biscuits are delightful.
- Stir corn and Bisquick together.
- Roll out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut into 2 inch rounds.
- Melt butter in a jelly roll pan.
- Coat both sides of rounds with melted butter and place in the pan.
- Bake at 450 degrees until golden. About 10 minutes.
