Corn Biscuits

Ingredients

1 8 and 1/2 0z can of creamed corn
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup butter

These crispy corn biscuits are delightful.

  • Stir corn and Bisquick together.
  • Roll out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Cut into 2 inch rounds.
  • Melt butter in a jelly roll pan.
  • Coat both sides of rounds with melted butter and place in the pan.
  • Bake at 450 degrees until golden. About 10 minutes.
