Barbecue Lamb Chops
Ingredients
8 loin lamb chops | ||
1/4 cup canola oil | ||
2 tbs honey | ||
2 tbs soy sauce | ||
2 tbs cider vinegar | ||
2 tbs onion, minced | ||
1 tsp kosher salt | ||
1 tsp black pepper | ||
1/2 tsp ground ginger | ||
1/2 tsp dry mustard |
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients except for lamb chops.
- Place lamb chops on a baking sheet and brush each side with the sauce and let stand for 1 hour.
- Grill chops six to seven inches from hot coals for about 10 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
- Brush frequently with sauce while cooking.
- Serve chops with remaining sauce.
