Georgia Oven Barbecued Spare Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs vinegar
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbs kosher salt
  • 4 tbs kosher salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 lbs spare ribs
  • Combine the first nine ingredients into a sauce.
  • Put the ribs into a roasting pan and top with the onions.
  • Pour sauce over ribs.
  • Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 and 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
  • Turn ribs one or tow times.
  • Remove cover during the final 15 minutes to brown the ribs.
