Barbecued Korean Style Chicken
|1/4 cup sesame seeds|
|1/4 cup corn oil|
|1/4cup soy sauce|
|1/4 cup Karo dark corn syrup|
|1 small onion, sliced|
|1 clove garlic, crushed|
|1 tsp black pepper|
|1 tsp ground ginger|
|1 broiler chicken cut into pieces|
- In a shallow baking dish stir together the first eight ingredients.
- Add the chicken, turning to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for three hours, turning once.
- Grill of hot charcoal, turning and basting frequently, about 50 minutes.
