Marinated London Broil
Ingredients
| 2 lbs of London Broil | ||
| 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 1 tbs lemon juice | ||
| 1/2 cup A-1 steak sauce | ||
| 2 tsp kosher salt | ||
| 2 tsp black pepper |
- Add all ingredients except steak to a bowl, mix well.
- Place London broil in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over.
- Marinade for at least one hour, turning meat several times.
- Cook steak over hot coals until desired doneness is reached.
- Alternatively you may cook the steak in a 350 degree oven.
