Sour Cream Cucumber Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 cup sour cream | ||
| 1 tbs vinegar | ||
| 1 and 1/2 tbs lemon juice | ||
| 1 tsp sugar | ||
| dash of black pepper | ||
| 1 tsp grated onion | ||
| 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped |
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Chill for several hours before serving.
- Serve over seafood or salads.
