Hawaiian Salmon Poke
Ingredients
1 lb of wild salmon, cubed | ||
4 scallions, chopped, white and green parts | ||
2 tsp of chili flakes | ||
1 tbs bonito flakes | ||
1 tbs sweet soy sauce | ||
kosher salt and fresh crack black pepper to taste | ||
1 sheet of kombu (seaweed), shredded |
- Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and gently mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours,
- Serve in small bowls.
