Spicy Chili Barbecue Rub
Ingredients
| 1 cup chili powder | ||
| 1 tsp curry powder | ||
| 1 tsp dry mustard | ||
| 1 tsp dried oregano | ||
| 1 tsp parsley flakes | ||
| 1 tsp onion powder | ||
| 1 tsp garlic powder | ||
| 1 tsp white pepper | ||
| 1 tsp celery salt | ||
| 1 tsp black pepper |
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Rub into meat before grilling.
- Works well with beef, pork or chicken.
