- 6 tbs mayonnaise
- 2 tbs hoisin sauce
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
This is a spicy Asian inspired mayonnaise that can be used instead of regular mayonnaise, in salads, sauces and on sandwiches.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Makes about 1/2 cup.
