Red Wine Steak Sauce
Ingredients
2 tbs onion, minced | ||
2 tsp garlic, minced | ||
1/2 cup red wine | ||
2 tsp Dijon mustard | ||
2 tbs butter, chopped and kept cold | ||
2 tbs parsley, chopped | ||
kosher salt and black pepper to taste |
- Add olive oil to a medium hot pan and saute onion and garlic until onions are translucent.
- Whisk in wine and mustard and reduce by 2/3 over medium heat.
- Add parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with you favorite steak or roast.
