Fruit Blast Smoothie with Mixed Berries
Ingredients
7-10 large ripe strawberries | ||
7-10 raspberries | ||
1/4 cup blue berries | ||
1 peeled kiwi | ||
1/2 green apple, cored and unpeeled | ||
1 cup plain yogurt | ||
1 cup ice cubes |
Try this vitamin packed fruit filed smoothie.It is delicious and will give you a great energy blast. This recipe can be doubled or trippled depending on how many servings you desire. This recipe is the courtesy of Valin Essapour.
- Reserve a few berries for garnish.
- Add the ice cubes and all other ingredients to a blender and blend well
- Serve garnished with berries.
