Crab Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb lump crab meat | ||
12 oz cream cheese | ||
8 oz sour cream | ||
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice | ||
1 tsp dry mustard | ||
1 tsp old bay seasoning | ||
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated | ||
milk if needed |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, adding a little milk if necessary for consistency.
- Put mixture in casserole pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve on crackers or on crusty bread as an appetizer.
