Mexican Avocado Sauce
Ingredients
3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped | ||
2 tbs lime juice | ||
4 tbs vegetable oil | ||
2 tsp kosher salt | ||
1 tsp black pepper | ||
1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped |
In Mexico guacamole is more like a sauce and has a smooth consistency.
Directions:
- Add the avocados to the bowl of a food processor along with the other ingredients.
- Process until smooth.
- The sauce should be almost liquid.
- If it is not smooth enough add more lime juice and oil.
