Dijon Mustard Sauce
|1 cup mayonnaise|
|1 tbs Dijon mustard|
|1 tbs A-1 steak sauce|
|1 tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice|
|1 egg yolk|
|1 tbs Worcestershire|
|1 tbs extra virgin olive oil|
This sauce is great for crab cakes and seafood, mixed crispy vegetables or french fries.
- In a small bowl add all ingredients except the olive oil.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until all ingredient are well combined.
