Dijon Mustard Sauce


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs A-1 steak sauce
  • 1 tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
This sauce is great for crab cakes and seafood, mixed crispy vegetables or french fries.
  • In a small bowl add all ingredients except the olive oil.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until all ingredient are well combined.
