Dijon Mustard Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tbs A-1 steak sauce
- 1 tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbs Worcestershire
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
This sauce is great for crab cakes and seafood, mixed crispy vegetables or french fries.
- In a small bowl add all ingredients except the olive oil.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until all ingredient are well combined.
