Red and Green Coleslaw
- 6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
- 2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1 cup celery thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the parsley, cabbage and celery and mix to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill then serve.
