Red and Green Coleslaw
|6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage|
|2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage|
|1 cup celery thinly sliced|
|1/2 cup mayonnaise|
|1/2 cup sour cream|
|1/2 cup parsley|
|1 tbs sugar|
|1 tbs lemon juice|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste|
- In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the parsley, cabbage and celery and mix to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill then serve.
