- 5 tbs whipping cream
- 1 tbs softened unsalted butter
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
This is a glaze that is perfect for pound cake or donuts. For a pure white color use vegetable shortening instead of the butter.
- Place all ingredients into a blender container.
- Blend for about 20 seconds or until smooth.
