Honey Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients
3/4 cup rolled oats | ||
3/4 cup whole wheat flour | ||
3/4 flour | ||
1 tsp baking powder | ||
1/2 tsp salt | ||
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon | ||
1/4 tsp baking soda | ||
2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
1/3 cup honey | ||
1/2 cup milk | ||
1/4 cup canola oil |
These muffins are baked with rolled oats, honey and cinnamon.
- Combine oats, flours, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and mix well.
- Beat eggs, honey, milk and oil together and mix well.
- Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients. Mix only until moistened.
- Spoon int oiled muffin tins.
- Bale at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until a wooden tooth pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
