- 1/4 cup of Creole or Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
This recipe is a version of Creole mayonnaise that is wonderful on sandwiches and burgers. It is also great for making Creole Cole slaw.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour and allow flavors to mingle.
