Olive Oil Butter Sauce
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 sticks of unsalted butter
- 4 tsp of lemon rind
This is a super simple sauce that is absolutely delicious over chicken, fish or vegetables.
- Melt butter using low heat.
- Let it cool slightly then add to the olive oil and mix well
- Add the lemon rind and mix.
- Drizzle over fish, chicken or vegetables.
