Olive Oil Butter Sauce


  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 4 tsp of lemon rind
This is a super simple sauce that is absolutely delicious over chicken, fish or vegetables.
  • Melt butter using low heat.
  • Let it cool slightly then add to the olive oil and mix well
  • Add the lemon rind and mix.
  • Drizzle over fish, chicken or vegetables.
