Grilling Basting Sauce
|3/4 cup olive oil|
|3/4 cup dry red wine|
|1 tbs lime juice|
|1 clove garlic, pressed|
|1/3 cup onions, finely minced|
|1 tsp oregano|
|1 tsp thyme|
|1 tsp sugar|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste|
This is an all purpose basting sauce that is perfect for grilling over charcoal. You may use for beef, chicken, pork or vegetables.
- Combine ingredients in a non reactive bowl and whisk until combined well.
- Brush over meat or vegetables while grilling.
