Smoked Oyster and Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
2 flat tins of smoked oysters, drained | ||
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese | ||
3 tbs sour cream | ||
1 tbs dry sherry | ||
1 scallion, minced, white and green parts | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste. |
- Remove oysters from the tin, drain and mince.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Chill for several hours and serve.
