Smoked Oyster and Cream Cheese Dip
- 2 flat tins of smoked oysters, drained
- 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
- 3 tbs sour cream
- 1 tbs dry sherry
- 1 scallion, minced, white and green parts
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
- Remove oysters from the tin, drain and mince.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Chill for several hours and serve.
