Smoked Oyster and Cream Cheese Dip
|2 flat tins of smoked oysters, drained|
|1 (8oz) package of cream cheese|
|3 tbs sour cream|
|1 tbs dry sherry|
|1 scallion, minced, white and green parts|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.|
- Remove oysters from the tin, drain and mince.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Chill for several hours and serve.
