Smoked Oyster and Cream Cheese Dip


  • 2 flat tins of smoked oysters, drained
  • 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
  • 3 tbs sour cream
  • 1 tbs dry sherry
  • 1 scallion, minced, white and green parts
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
  • Remove oysters from the tin, drain and mince.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • Chill for several hours and serve.
