Barbecue Lamb Chops


  • 8 loin lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs cider vinegar
  • 2 tbs onion, minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • In a bowl mix together all ingredients except for lamb chops.
  • Place lamb chops on a baking sheet and brush each side with the sauce and let stand for 1 hour.
  • Grill chops six to seven inches from hot coals for about 10 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
  • Brush frequently with sauce while cooking.
  • Serve chops with remaining sauce.
