Rocky Mount Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup vinegar | ||
| 2 tbs prepared mustard | ||
| 1 tsp black pepper | ||
| 2 tsp crushed red pepper | ||
| dash of sugar | ||
| 1 tbs soy sauce | ||
| 1 cup ketchup | ||
| 1 cup water | ||
| 1 tsp garlic powder | ||
| 2 tsp kosher salt | ||
| 1 tbs lemon juice | ||
| 4 tbs Worcestershire Sauce |
- Combine all ingredients except for ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
- Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil for 1 minutes.
