Paprika Potatoes


  • 1 lb of red new potatoes
  • 2 tbs paprika
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • Boil potatoes until almost fork tender.
  • When cool enough to handle, slice in half and thread on skewers.
  • Brush lightly with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Grill, turning several times, until potatoes are crispy brown on the outside and fork tender on the inside. About 10 minutes.
