Hawaiian Salmon Poke
|1 lb of wild salmon, cubed|
|4 scallions, chopped, white and green parts|
|2 tsp of chili flakes|
|1 tbs bonito flakes|
|1 tbs sweet soy sauce|
|kosher salt and fresh crack black pepper to taste|
|1 sheet of kombu (seaweed), shredded|
- Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and gently mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours,
- Serve in small bowls.
