Spicy Citrus Barbecue Basting Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 cup orange juice | ||
| 1/2 cup lemon juice | ||
| 1/4 cup soy sauce | ||
| 1/4 cup packed brown sugar | ||
| 1 tsp curry powder | ||
| 1 tsp black pepper | ||
| 1/2 tsp ginger |
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Sauce is particularly good on poultry.
