Butter Poached Lobster Tails
Ingredients
4 lobster tails | ||
2 cups of chicken stock | ||
2 sticks unsalted butter | ||
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste |
- Add the chicken stock and butter to a sauce pan using medium heat.
- Once the butter has melted, add the lobster tails.
- Reduce the heat to medium low and poach the lobster tails for about 30 minutes.
- Remove lobsters from stock, remove the shells, season with salt and pepper.
