Beer Barbecue Sauce
|1 (14oz) bottle of ketchup|
|1 (12oz) bottle of chili sauce|
|1/2 tsp prepared mustard|
|1 and 1/2 cups packed brown sugar|
|2 tbs fresh cracked black pepper|
|1 and 1/2 cups wine vinegar|
|1 cup fresh lemon juice|
|1/2 cup A-1 steak sauce|
|Tabasco sauce to taste|
|1/2 tbs soy sauce|
|2 tbs vegetable oil|
|1 can amber beer|
|2 tsp fresh garlic, chopped|
- Combine the ketchup, chili sauce, mustard, brown sugar, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice, steak sauce, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, oil, beer and garlic in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add to a sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cool and add to freezer friendly containers.
- Use as desired and freeze the remainder for future use.
