Ginger Mint Marinade


  • 1 tbs apple juice
  • 3 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbs dry vermouth
  • 1 tsp peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbs fresh mint
This marinade works equally well on chicken, pork or fish.
  • Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well.
  • Add the meat to the marinade, cover and refrigerate covered for several hours.
  • Cook meat using desired method.
