Seven Layer Mexican Dip
|1 (16oz) can of refried beans|
|1 (16oz) can of sour cream|
|1/4 cup chili powder|
|2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded|
|1 cup guacamole|
|1 cup chopped tomato|
|1/2 cup scallions, sliced|
|1/2 cup scallions, sliced 1/2 cup sliced black olives|
- Spread refried beans in a shallow dish.
- Mix sour cream with chili powder until well blended. Spread over the re-fried beans.
- Top with cheese, dollups of guacamole, tomato onions and olives.
- Serve with tortilla chips,
