Cinnamon Sugar


  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups sugar
This sugar is great for cookies and cakes and is 90% cheaper that buying it off the shelf.

  • Snap of break the cinnamon sticks in half.
  • Bury the sticks in sugar and place in a covered container.
  • Let set for at least a month before using.
  • The sugar will absorb the cinnamon flavor.
  • The cinnamon sticks may be re-used if desired.
