- 1 bunch of Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 tsp olive oil, more if necessary
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbs panko bread crumbs
- kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- Add parsley to a food processor and pulse 6-8 times.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until a thick sauce is formed.
- Serve over chicken or fish as a sauce.
