|1 bunch of Italian parsley, chopped|
|1 garlic clove minced|
|2 tsp olive oil, more if necessary|
|1 lemon, zested and juiced|
|2 tbs panko bread crumbs|
|kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste|
- Add parsley to a food processor and pulse 6-8 times.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until a thick sauce is formed.
- Serve over chicken or fish as a sauce.
