Parsley Pesto


  • 1 bunch of Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tsp olive oil, more if necessary
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbs¬†panko¬†bread crumbs
  • kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste


  • Add parsley to a food processor and pulse 6-8 times.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and process until a thick sauce is formed.
  • Serve over chicken or fish as a sauce.
