- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp dried tarragon
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp celery salt
- pinch of cayenne pepper
This is a compound butter that has a variety of uses with Chicken, beef, pork or seafood. It may be used to saute or drizzle over when cooking.
- Place butter and mustard in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Add the herbs, celery salt and cayenne and continue to combine.
- Remove butter from processor and shape as desired.
- Wrap in wax paper or plastic wrap and freeze until ready to use.
