- 1 small head of purple cabbage, about 8 cups
- 4 apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbs dried dill
- dash of kosher salt
This is super healthy delicious salad of red cabbage, apples and golden raisins.
- In a large bowl combine the apple juice, mayonnaise and dill. Mix well.
- Add all of the other ingredients to the bowl.
- Let stand covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, better yet overnight.
