Purple Cabbage Apple and Raisin Salad

  • 1 small head of purple cabbage, about 8 cups
  • 4 apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs dried dill
  • dash of kosher salt
This is super healthy delicious salad of red cabbage, apples and golden raisins.

  • In a large bowl combine the apple juice, mayonnaise and dill. Mix well.
  • Add all of the other ingredients to the bowl.
  • Let stand covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, better yet overnight.
