  • 8 cleaned crab shells
  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbs chopped onion
  • 2 tbs dry mustard
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • dash Tabasco sauce
  • buttered bread crumbs (bread crumbs mixed with melted butter)
  • Grease the insides of the crab shells. 
  • Mix the crab meat, parsley, onion, mustard Worcestershire sauce, water, egg, mayonnaise, sherry and Tabasco sauce and place in the shells.
  • Top with the bread crumbs and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until light golden brown.
