Chesapeake Bay Deviled Crabs

Ingredients

8 cleaned crab shells
1 lb lump crab meat
2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbs chopped onion
2 tbs dry mustard
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs water
1 egg
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sherry
dash Tabasco sauce
buttered bread crumbs (bread crumbs mixed with melted butter)
  • Grease the insides of the crab shells.¬†
  • Mix the crab meat, parsley, onion, mustard Worcestershire sauce, water, egg, mayonnaise, sherry and Tabasco sauce and place in the shells.
  • Top with the bread crumbs and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until light golden brown.
