- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 2 tbs onion, grated
- dash of kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- dash of Tabasco
- Mix all ingredients, making sure to dissolve the brown sugar.
- Use sauce to baste fish while grilling over charcoal.
