Peaches and Cream
Ingredients
6 cups peaches, sliced | ||
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed | ||
1 (8 oz) container of peach yogurt | ||
1 cup whipped cream | ||
Dash of cinnamon (optional) | ||
biscuits for topping, optional |
- In a medium bowl, combine peaches and brown sugar, stir gently until sugar is dissolved.
- In another medium bowl, combine yogurt and whipped cream and stir gently to mix.
- To serve, spoon peaches over shortcake and top with whipped cream mixture and cinnamon if desired.
