Peaches and Cream


  • 6 cups peaches, sliced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 (8 oz) container of peach yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • biscuits for topping, optional
  • In a medium bowl, combine peaches and brown sugar, stir gently until sugar is dissolved.
  • In another medium bowl, combine yogurt and whipped cream and stir gently to mix.
  • To serve, spoon peaches over shortcake and top with whipped cream mixture and cinnamon if desired.
