Peaches and Cream
|6 cups peaches, sliced|
|1/3 cup brown sugar, packed|
|1 (8 oz) container of peach yogurt|
|1 cup whipped cream|
|Dash of cinnamon (optional)|
|biscuits for topping, optional|
- In a medium bowl, combine peaches and brown sugar, stir gently until sugar is dissolved.
- In another medium bowl, combine yogurt and whipped cream and stir gently to mix.
- To serve, spoon peaches over shortcake and top with whipped cream mixture and cinnamon if desired.
