Peaches in Marsala


  • 1 large can peach halves (16 oz)
  • 1/2 cup cream Marsala
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • Drain peach halves, reserving 1 tbs of peach syrup.
  • In a medium bowl, combine peaches, Marsala, cinnamon stick and reserved syrup.
  • Refrigerate covered until peaches are very well chilled. At least 2 hours.
  • To serve, turn peaches and liquid into individual dessert dishes.
