Singapore Dipping Sauce
|1/2 cup fresh lime juice|
|1/2 cup chicken stock|
|3 tsp fresh ginger, grated|
|3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed|
|2-4 hot chilies minced|
This is a spicy sauce that can be used to dip small bites on an appetizer platter.
- Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
