- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 3 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 2-4 hot chilies minced
This is a spicy sauce that can be used to dip small bites on an appetizer platter.
- Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
