Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 3 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 2-4 hot chilies minced

This is a spicy sauce that can be used to dip small bites on an appetizer platter.

  • Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
