- 2 ozs of dark rum
- 1/2 oz coconut liqueur
- 3 ozs pineapple juice
- 2 dashes of lemon juice
- 1 dash of simple syrup
- cherry and slice of orange for garnish
This a classic Bahamian cocktail. Once you drink one you will know why they call it a Goombay smash.
- Stir in all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled tumbler filled with ice.
- Garnish with cherry and orange slice.
