Restaurant Steak Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1/3 cups onion, minced
  • 2/3 cups carrots, minced
  • 1/3 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • Melt butter in a saucepan.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the parsley.
  • Simmer sauce for about 10 minutes, then stir in the parsley.
  • Spoon over meat to serve.
