- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 ozs banana liqueur
- 4 ozs rum
- ground cinnamon
- vanilla ice cream
- Melt butter in a sauce pan.
- Add brown sugar and stir to form a creamy paste
- Let mixture caramelize over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in bananas, liqueur and rum. Remove from heat and ignite carefully.
- Agitate to keep flame burning.
- Add a few pinches of cinnamon to the flame.
- Let flame burn out and serve at once over ice cream.
